Please read these terms carefully before using the hi877 platform. This document contains our complete guidelines on account registration, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.

1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the hi877 platform and its services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and hi877. By accessing the platform or opening an account, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms below.

Platform

The hi877 website along with all associated services, products, and applications are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

User

Any person who has registered with hi877 or is using the platform is a "User".

Account

A personal account created by a user, through which all platform services can be accessed.

Wager or Bet

A financial stake placed from a user's account balance on any game or sporting event is called a "wager" or "bet".

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the hi877 platform. If any one condition is not met, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account.

  1. The user must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This platform operates for users aged 21 and above only.
  2. Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and both accounts may be cancelled.
  3. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be completely accurate and correct.
  4. hi877 may request an identity document or additional paperwork at any time for account verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
  5. Opening an account on behalf of someone else or as a corporate entity is not permitted.
  6. Users for whom online gaming or betting is fully prohibited under local law are advised not to use the platform.

3 Account Use & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. hi877 is not liable for unauthorised use of an account or for losses caused by a third party.

Password Protection

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Never share your login details with anyone.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.

Account Ownership

  • Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is prohibited.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.
  • hi877 may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

Account Closure Request

  • You may request account closure from the support team at any time.
  • Any available balance should be withdrawn before closure.
  • Transaction records will be retained for security purposes even after the account is closed.

Updating Information

  • Any changes to account details must be updated through the support team.
  • hi877 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
  • Identity verification is required when changing a mobile number.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on hi877 are handled through Bangladesh's established mobile banking services. We support the following methods for safe and fast transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Transactions through any method not listed here are not permitted.

Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (via any method).
  • Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Not using the correct reference number may delay your deposit.
  • The deposited amount is generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Important Transaction Notes

  • If a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, payment may be withheld and the account will be investigated for review.
  • Using hi877 for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Any transaction issue must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
  • Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered on hi877 are subject to specific conditions. It is very important to read the terms below in full before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus applies on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  1. Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.
  2. When wagering with bonus funds, some games or bet types may not contribute fully to the wagering calculation.
  3. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled, along with any winnings earned from that bonus.
  4. hi877 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
  5. Promotional offers not claimed within their specified time limit will be cancelled automatically.
  6. Bonuses received through promotional campaigns may also carry separate conditions — please read the specific terms for each offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on hi877 are conducted fairly and transparently. The outcome of every game is determined by an impartial process.

General Gaming Terms

  • A bet once placed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, that round may be considered void.
  • If you have any doubt about a game result, check your transaction history or notify the support team.

Sports Betting Terms

  • All sports bet outcomes are determined in accordance with announcements from the official sporting body.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with the relevant bet terms.
  • Odds may change at any time — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.

Casino Game Terms

  • All casino games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • If a connection is lost during a live dealer game, the game may be considered complete.
  • The game provider's own terms may also apply.

VIP Program

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

7 Prohibited Activities

If a user engages in any of the activities below, hi877 may cancel the account and confiscate all funds without prior notice.

Any of the actions below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions may result in legal action.

  1. Creating an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
  2. Operating multiple accounts to misuse bonuses or promotions.
  3. Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or game outcomes.
  4. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  5. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  6. Attempting to influence betting outcomes through fraudulent collusion with other users.
  7. Using hi877's brand, logo, or identity without authorisation.
  8. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or carrying out a cyberattack.

8 Responsible Gaming

hi877 supports responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for enjoyment — it should never be a source of stress or financial hardship.

9 Dispute Resolution

Any disagreement or dispute with hi877 is resolved in a fair and transparent manner.

  2. Submit the dispute in writing to [email protected]. Include a detailed description of the complaint, the relevant transaction ID, and any supporting evidence.
  3. hi877 will review the complaint and communicate a decision within a reasonable time after receipt.
  4. In the case of a dispute over a game result, server logs and the game provider's records will be considered as final evidence.
  5. hi877's final decision is binding on all parties involved.

10 Right to Amend Terms

hi877 reserves the right to change, modify, or update any part of these terms at any time.

Notice of Changes

  • Users will be notified in their account for any significant changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
  • If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account.
  • The date of the latest update will always be noted on this page.

General Provisions

  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
  • Any delay by hi877 in exercising any right arising from these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and hi877 and replace any prior oral or written agreements.
